How a month runs
The monthly fee is set once per child when they enrol. After that the system does the chasing for you.
Every enrolled child appears for that month automatically — no invoice to raise one by one. Children who left mid-year drop off on their own.
Paid, part paid and unpaid at a glance, by class or across the whole centre, with the outstanding total at the bottom.
Cash, transfer or card. Part payments are allowed and the balance stays visible until it clears.
